Heather Fowler

Heather is a graduate of the University of North Alabama. She taught first grade at Underwood Elementary for twenty five years. After retiring from teaching in 2023, Heather began her career as a Medicare Insurance Specialist.

Heather is available to assist individuals with an ACA Health Insurance Plan. She can assist you in enrolling in health insurance with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama.
